Apartments are ok, needs updating for the price they charge. Had to remove my laundry room doors cause they would always fall off the track, maintenance couldn't fix it properly. Location is nice.

Decent appartment complex, however the down deposit is a bit heafty. Staff seemed friendly.

Office staff is very personable and friendly. They truly arent just out for your money, I feel as though they genuinely care about my issues and concerns. They encourage me to put in work orders even for stupid stuff and they follow up to make sure the job was done up to par. 5 stars

Lived there 20 months, it was a great place .

Office women and maintenance staff were excellent. Work orders were done in a timely manner. It was a quiet and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed living at The Chimneys.
