I scheduled an appointment a week in advance but when I got there the office was closed. I left a voicemail but no one has bothered to return my call.

I sent an email and ... no reply. Left a voice mail with contact info for information on available apartments...no reply. I can only imagine how difficult living there could be if potential new customers are ignored this way.
