In my experience with having many clients who live or have lived here Brookview Place has a SEVERE BEDBUG PROBLEM. MANAGEMENT tries to combat the issue with pest control spraying repellent but I can tell you from personal experience BUDBUGS RUN THIS BUILDING. IN my experience roaches are a MAJOR problem as well. I'm shocked they charge FULL MARKET rent. Unbelievable. If you don't mind a pest infestation as roommates living rent free THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! :)

Got a call the next day. Very nice young lady. Unfortunately it's a over 55 yrs old building. I'm not quite there yet.
