Beautiful apartment & great neighborhood!
The Hunt Club Apts presents pleasant and enjoyable exterior and the staff is pleasant and responsive.
Sort of a rip-off, really. When you have a problem, don't expect prompt or courteous service. Once you sign a lease, they don't really care about you. And their "luxury" apartments are really just plain old apartments, nothing special. Just overpriced.
Lived there for 8 years before we bought a home. Was great. I recently lost my husband and the house is too much maintenance. Would like a one bedroom on the first floor, and would like a visit, my work is key, you must be able to accomodate my times for viewing.
I lived in Hunt Club for 2 years, moved out less than a year ago because I bought a home. I enjoyed living at Hunt Club for a variety of reasons. The location felt safe, it was clean and well kept, the pool and exercise room was nice, fireplace and laundry in the apartment, close parking, friendly staff, and a reasonable price. Add great neighbors.
Variable. Lease pricing based on 12 month leases.

Minimum, one occupant must be at least 21 years of age or older.
