WATERS EDGE offers you a deluxe clubhouse with TV area, billiards table, fitness center, steam room, and heated swimming pool with lanai. The site, which is entered across a bridge and through an electronically controlled entry gate, was formerly a landscape nursery with wooded areas of mature trees and shrubbery. One can leisurely walk or jog through our nature trails, enjoy one of our lighted tennis courts or regulation basketball court, or go fishing in one of our three spring-fed lakes. Contemporary lifestyle, planned activities and a beautifully appointed rental home in a naturally wooded waterfront setting only four miles from downtown... all are awaiting you at Waters Edge.
Open until 6:00pm
I moved in ten months ago, and have been waiting for the for the initial "honeymoon period" to be over, so that I could write an objective review. However, ten months in and I still love it. Two minor issues: House/Apt numbers are hard to see, especially at night. Also, the process for opening the gate for visitors is kind of complicated. That's it. Staff, follow through, maintenance speed, upkeep of the property is excellent. Units are planned well, so utility costs are reasonable. Has nice extras, like the white wire shelving in closets, etc, HUGE PLUS - each unit has their own washer/dryer.
NOTE: I suggest really getting to know the differences between units before deciding on which one. I have a Regency Ranch and I love it, but am not looking at getting on the waiting list for a Majestic Ranch.
Side note: When COVID restrictions ease, they will eventually go back to holding occasional get togethers in the beautiful clubhouse, which I'm looking forward to.
Never heard back from anyone
Reasonable pricing and lots of room. The amenities are many with the lakes, pool and clubhouse. Down side is that there is a long waiting list
no one is even calling to set up the tour i mean no one
I have been living at Waters Edge for a few years now. I love the short commute to work, the included amenities, and the quick responses from the office for any maintenance needs and/or questions. Everyone that I have interacted with that lives here or works here has been friendly, and I feel safe on the property. The only big negative I have experienced is the large amount of aggressive geese in my backyard that poop a lot, but that is somewhat expected when you have a water view apartment.
