DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
*ant infestation during summer months that the office refuses to exterminate they just put ant traps from the dollar store that does not kill them.
*no one is EVER in the office or answers the office phone
*if you have a maintainer problem they will take months to fix if they ever decide to even answer the office phone
*last week half the residence received a notice to leave the premises because the office changed websites that residence pay their rent and DID NOT notify us! Now we are being asked to provide bank statements and proof that we paid. Wasting our time because of their mistakes!
I repeat you will regret it if you move here! Go else where!!
I just want a nice place feel at home
The new management is horrible. I've been here since 2012 and since this new management took over they never answer the phone. The main office will be closed for weeks at a time. I've had a major electrical problem for a month and a half with no help in sight. I've contacted the office only twice in person ( I was able to catch the office open) and keep in mind I always checked around 1 to 3pm time frame. Left multiple phone messages which have not been returned. The power in my living room is out and I'm using extension cords plugged into my kitchen to power my AC and t.v. in the living room. It is not a blown fuse in the breaker. I will not be renewing my lease if this is not taken care of soon.
