    Upon inquiring for these gutter apartments, i emailed them several times and never got a response back. went to the office 4 times they were closed. Called several times never got through on my last attempt I drove back over to the complex and drove around while calling the office as well and upon driving through this place there was trash everywhere the landscaping is horrible and the area is just trash, the lady I spoke with in the office was rude and the requirements you must meet hold everyone to a high standard and those apartments are not worth it.
