    The team was extremely helpful when I came in for a tour. They made the leasing process seamless and really went above and beyond! Definitely moving in to this complex!

    Be prepared to hear loud creaks and stomping noises all day. The ceilings and walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors alarm clock, take your money elsewhere the noise is unbearable

    The Pointe Polaris ground floor is infested with bugs that come underneath the doors and base trim along the edge of the floor. Management does nothing to solve the problem. They are typically very rude and brush you off. They recognize that its a problem they just dont know how to fix the bug infestation in their entire apartment complex. I have talked with other tenants and they complain of the same issue. On God, The bugs literally come from underneath the baseboards constantly. Check out my Google and Yelp reviews for photos

    This apartment is new and fancy. However, the soundproof is quite bad, especially between upper and lower level (ceiling and floor).
