The Farms continues to be the most beautiful place I have ever lived. My place with all the detail looks like a small home. I have a garden. Having a garage is definitely a plus. The neighbors are friendly. Outside decor adorns the community. Management is always helpful. Maintenance cares. There are a lot of amenities. Access to two pools and fitness facilities. A movie theater and so much more. Luxury living at a very affordable price. You won't be disappointed.

I like the layout of the 3 bedroom. The picture windows are a very pretty addition. There are so many amenities that makes this somewhere I'd like to move my family.

We just moved in last week and we loved the layout of our unit! The unit is very bright since it has several windows. Our unit is on 2nd floor and we love the vaulted ceiling! Our unit is not the updated one (appliances and hardware) but theyre all well maintained and functioning well. When we moved in, we have couple maintenance issues and they came in a reasonable amount of time. In terms of parking, so far we dont encounter any issue, however we notice if we come home late, we could not find the parking near our unit. We need to park a little bit farther maybe 2 mins walk. Feedback: Update the coffee machine and move it to the place where the resident can access early in the morning. I could not get the coffee in the morning since they put it in the office and theyre not open until 10am. It will be great as well if the management can update the machine to the newer one like where the other apartment nowadays are now having that kind of version (starbucks machine). Another input: for some reason no side walk inside the complex. However, overall its a great community.

Current resident and very please with my apartment , staff and maintenance (a very responsive team). Extremely a pleasant place to live and I highly recommend The Farms!

This is just a really nice place to live. Neighbors are friendly and many put their own personal touches on their homes. The management is great and always wave when theyre out and about. Ive been house hunting for a couple of years and have told my realtor that I want a home exactly like where I live now. Honestly Ill probably live here for years to come.

Continues to be such a nice place to live. The neighbors clearly care about their outdoor space and I love the personal touches. Its quiet, everyone is friendly, and the living space is laid out perfectly. Some of the interior is on the cheap side, but the aesthetic cant be beat for an apartment. Frankly if given the option to purchase the space I probably would. Im on the hunt for a permanent home, but in no hurry to move and will be renewing my lease.
