They were just rude not the same thing for people that had late payments during Covid year and just get judged by the color of their skin pressure to fill out application out and put on the Wholee fee

The staff is unprofessional and the maintenance requests are done with no urgency and improperly. They are pretty much slumlords. I stay with Casto Communities now. They have a ton of properties in the Columbus area and are opposite of this trash place.

Although it is beautiful on the outside and the units are spacious, the staff are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. When I first moved in, the staff kept urging me to leave a 5 star Google review to even out the bad reviews left by disgruntled tenants. Honestly, that is probably why the ratings are so high here. After dealing with the terrible communication, lack of urgency for maintenance requests, overflowing trash areas (despite being charged an extra $75 a month for it), required cable and internet for $130, dirty unit upon move-in and ridiculous cleaning fees, I can see why people left bad reviews. When I moved out, they kept my deposit and had the nerve to charge me more for cleaning despite me cleaning before I left. Their excuse was that I did not leave vacuum lines in the carpet and failed to use the self clean setting on the appliance. In the pictures I was shown, I saw faint lines and a clean carpet. I was not aware of the self clean function and was not shown any evidence as to why this resulted in noticeable filth. And if there is such a thing, I don't see why I am being charged $75 for not pushing a button. I would not recommend renting from them since they seem to be run by unethical people that take advantage of others. For the high prices they charge, one would expect a better experience as a result. I wish I rented somewhere else because after moving into a new apartment and talking to other people about this, what I had to put up with was not reasonable.

Don't let "luxury" fool you it's still a dump! Once you sign a lease you're stuck with no recourse. Policies are not enforced. Valet trash pickup is three days a week but trash bags are left out every day so I'm constantly fighting a fly infestation. I pay $150 a month for a garage. Twice people have parked in front of my garage. When I went to the office I was told there is nothing they can do. Of course there is. They could tow the car in violation or take money off my rent for the days I didn't have access to my garage! There's always trash along the walking path and around the mailboxes. Bikes are left on the walkways between the apartments. There are a lot of threats of fines but NEVER any follow up. PLEASE read these reviews and go somewhere else!
