AC went out in 90 degree weather, and I live on the second floor. No one was available to fix it for two days, and there were no portable AC units left because everyone's AC is going out. I don't blame this on the maintenance, it's the management's fault. Luckily the emergency maintenance line deals with AC issues when it's over 80 degrees outside so I was able to at least put in a work order. Emergency maintenance always picks up when someone calls.
However, the new management will NOT answer the phone at the office. Plus their mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I've called a total of 35 times over the past 6 days, and can't get ahold of anyone. All I want to do is put in a maintenance request for multiple leaks throughout the apartment. We literally have buckets everywhere. I went to the office and waited 40 minutes to talk to someone about this issue, but no one was available.
Don't be fooled by the colorful new management signs. Crawford-hoying was much better!
This is crazy! The heavy leaking volume around the window during a rainy day.
Terrible service! Do not move here! This place still has terrible service even after the new company took over! I have contacted maintence numerous times about fixing my air and still have not got it resolved. The staff here are terrible my upstairs is 90 degrees and I can never sleep at night, but maintenance leaves the house with an unresolved problem! I even tried contacting the staff at the office to talk to a manager and still have not received a phone call back. I do not understand how a company can take over and not care about the safety and luxury of their residents. Not only am I have issues in the summer, but I also had issues any the winter. Our electric bill was over 600 dollars and it was below 65 degrees. However we had snow coming through our windows and yet again it took maintence 3 different times to fix the problem. Although they didnt and caulked our window shut so we couldn't open it in the summer and all of the screens in the other windows are either broken or don't have any screens provided and we are still somehow paying 300 dollars in electric with no air. I am not happy about this service and the expenses I'm having to pay for air that does not even work
New management started with lots of fanfare and the promise of good things. greet and meet. free coffee and blueberry muffins. I called seven days ago with a maintenance request. Call promptly answered, treated with respect and promise to get someone out. work never completed.
Message: Don't promise if you can't deliver. Not a good way for new management to start out.
We only lived here for 10 months, but it was horrible! Everything is falling apart, maintenance sucks, office staff doesnt care and they use a third party electric company that charges 300% the amount aep would.
When we moved in our windows wouldnt open and when we finally found one that did, it wont close right. There is a drawer in the kitchen that falls out when you open it (they came to fix it but it broke again in a month), our oven hasnt ever worked (they came four times, but swore it worked). It would take 3-4x more the normal amount of time to cook something. The washing machine room is uneven and the drain overflows which builds up a layer of sutt and mold on the floor. Our electric costs $300-400 a month. Our faucets leak (they came 3x to unsuccessfully fix this) and the drain stop on our tub doesnt work.
When we were moving out the office staff would not complete my renter info for my new apartment complex. They never answer the phone, emails or requests. I had to go into the office and refuse to leave until they filled out and sent the form.
They also use the third party electric company Nationwide Electric and they charge 300% the normal price for electric. We werent even home 1/2 of the time and our electric was still $300-400. Its a scam!
DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
