We have lived here for over six years. It is a great, safe, friendly place to live. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The apartments are well-built and exceptionally quiet. The office folks are true friends, who care for each resident. And the maintenance people are top-notch. We are so glad we found the Charleston!

Excellent apartment complex with great amenities. The staff members are attentive and always extremely helpful. That includes maintenance as well although rarely do problems arise. I'm extremely impressed with the grounds care as well.

My wife and I moved in October 2019 and are moving out October 2021. We have had an amazing and relaxing experience. Maintenance was excellent, always responding with 24-48 hours. Customer service, especially Jessica, was always amazing, helpful, and accessible. We are so thankful for the positive experience over past couple of years and want to thank the entire staff for how hard they worked to make our experience pleasant.
