Lived at Bradford for a little over 2 years. Maintenance is always quick and office staff is very friendly. Can't beat being this close to Easton.
From the moment I met Josh at The Bradford at Easton I knew I was making a great selection for our new "home." Josh walked us through every step of the process and followed up promptly with both email and phone communications. He even took the time to show us an empty apartment so we could visualize putting our own furniture in.
Since moving into The Bradford at Easton we have been SO impressed. We have wonderful neighbors, live in a clean facility, and love our maintenance team who you will see cleaning every morning and taking care of work orders (promptly!).
Everyone that works at The Bradford greets you with a smile on their face and I would recommend these beautiful apartment homes to anyone that is interested in moving to the Columbus area.
My leasing professional Gabriela was terrific! she answered all my questions and made my experience have that "at home feeling" when I moved in. She is truly one of the best!
From move in to move out this place has been the worst experience of my life! The only people that ever tried to help and did so without lying or spinning someone was Josh and Cara. The walls are paper thin so expect high electric bills, they over charge for water and sewage with their new system (when I moved in it was supposed to be individually metered). When I moved in it was dirty, filthy, and with things broke; when I moved out it was clean and better than when I moved in (yet they are still trying to take half my deposit). The new management likes to send out passive aggressive emails to the community rather than actually taking care of issues. They towed my neighbors car for "expired tags" that weren't expired and now will not correct the issue for him either. They do not plow the snow, so be prepared for needing 4 wheel drive in their parking lot in the winter. When my air conditioning unit broke they made me wait until it was over 80 degrees outside, even though my apartment was 93 degrees inside and I had 2 dogs the heat was making sick. I could go on, but I hope the few things I wrote helps someone decide not to live there!
