Great staff. Rapid response to maintenance requests. Convenient - grocery store, planet fitness, and thrift store right across the street. Safe - Outside doors lock at night and doors are sturdy. Tons of amenities and events. Everyone's friendly and respectful. Clintonville's a cute area. Rent's decent. One negative, a train passes nearby sometimes, but it's not too loud.

I have lived in this complex for years now and the past year has been so disappointing, not only are they threatening people with lawyers upon moveout about normal wear and tear, but the new property manager is horrible to residents. I loved living here but she ruined it for everyone I think her name is Sierra or something like that. Do not move here because they are not the apartments they seem to be anymore. I hate even having to write this review because I was so happy here for so long. Get rid of that woman and bring back a property manager who cares about her residents!

Lived there for over two years and thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving. They took all of our security deposit and charged additional funds quoting 'painting' and 'cleaning of kitchen appliances'. Those are absolutely things they should be doing before a new resident moves in anyways and considered normal wear and tear. They charged other friends of ours upon move out as well and were unwilling to negotiate. They will push the charge of preparing a unit for a new resident back on the old residents. Don't expect to get any security deposit back.

I love love this apartment! Very sturdy and cant hear my neighbors at all. Jess plans such fun events and the rest of the staff is so friendly. The place is incredibly safe as well. Great community to live in!

Visited my S.O. and they were not joking about the thin floors. I can hear every conversation of the upstairs neighbor and their normal walking around shakes my apartment. I would not recommend moving in unless you are on the top floor.
