Lived here 1 year not a helpful staff raised the rent ridiculously after contract ended. Thank goodness didnt put that much down on deposit because they have no intention of returning it. Have rented several places and have always got deposit back because I leave places clean and work hard to do so! Not this place, ask why? They say letter is in the mail of all the things they made up! Oh and I still havent gotten the letter and I moved out October 2 2022

Dear TGM Team, Enhancements are delightful: Over the sink LED Light - Wow, what a huge difference. Plenty of light in kitchen makes cooking easier. Beautiful modern fan - Remote is very ease to use with new light and fan control features. Kitchen faucet - Very easy to use. Hallway lighting is much brighter and a welcomed change. New Shower head - This is great and I really like the flexible settings Also, the new lamps fixtures in the parking light are very attractive as well as bright. I do appreciate the upgraded features and wanted to compliment staff on the efficient implementation. Again, thank you for making this happen. P.S . As always I appreciate your prompt response to Service Requests. Current Resident

The new management is horrible, they try to force people out of homes...they like to rent out apartments before the tenant is even out of the house and then try to force the tenant out.

Lived here over a year. Management is very rude and not helpful at all. Dog waste on the grass, and management dont take any action about it. Overall very unprofessional management. Dont recommend anyone.

My tour guide, Marquette was wonderful, very enthusiastic and friendly. She was willing to answer any questions I had. I totally reccomend this TGM Worthington complex, it's beautiful!!! :)
