I lived here for almost 2 years love the in the beginning recommended my friend to live here too her first two weeks of living there her apartment got broken into then her car. She lived out her lease then they give her a hard time to get her security deposit back now I have just moved out and I tried my best to leave my apartment spotless and now they're giving me bogus charges to keep my security deposit as well I feel like it's a business for them. The office staff has caller ID on their phone so if they don't want to deal with you they don't answer they send you the voicemail.

I love living at Sunbury Ridge. The apartments are nicely designed and well-maintained, the rent is fairly priced and the staff makes me feel welcome and valued.
