I love the grounds of Sterling Place Apartments, they are well taken care of and the trees are older, unlike most complexes with barren new landscape. I love the ponds, they attract such a variety of wildlife, namely birds. The apartments are lovely and spacious, with a big master bath. The gas fireplace is so convenient, attractive, and we use it so much! We like the bar in the dining room, it gives us space to display our knick knacks, plus provides plenty of storage underneath. Great light!
The floor plans are spacious, the neighbors are friendly, the office staff and maintenance are friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with. The neighborhood is clean and quite. The amenities are kept in nice shape and are available almost 24/7. The complex is also dog friendly with several waste stations located throughout.
If you don't want to live in a neighborhood with loud parties, If you prefer a quiet first floor apartment with a upper floor neighbor that ARE NOT SELFISH and DO NOT MAKE CRAZY and UNREASONABLE BUMPS AND JUMPS, If you like leasing and community staff that treats noise complaints FAIRLY and EFFECTIVELY, If you expect to live in a quiet apartment that the leasing office SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE to PROVIDE ITS RESIDENTS AFTER RECEIVING REDICOULSLY HIGH RENT, ESCAPE FROM THIS APARTMENT. This apartment office does not respect its residents, and do not treat noise complaints fairly. THIS IS REDICULOUS!!
I really like the people that I have met there. They seem very friendly and helpful!
Do not live here! New management is highly unprofessional and lost our check for rent. They keep a lot of information hidden from the residents. Maintenance sucks and never repairs what they say they are going to repair. They don't care at all about their residents.
