When I moved in our balcony was disgusting and riddled with bugs and webs. Ive attempted cleaning it myself but its gross. When new tenants move in I think this should be cleaned but it looks like it hasnt been touched in months. Same thing goes with the apartment complex itself. The ones closer to the leasing office look great, no webs, bugs, anything. But I live in a unit at the back and its disgusting it looks like it hasnt been touched in years and it doesnt seem like the staff cares at all. Or else they wouldnt just clean the units closest to the leasing office aka the ones perspective renters would see.

Would 100% NOT recommend this apartment complex, unless for some reason then rent happens to be way more affordable than any others (in which case there's still others with the same rent if not cheaper).

I moved into this place because long story short my original plans changed very last minute, and I needed a 3 BR apartment ASAP. I wasn't very fond of the initial tour, because they didn't have a model of a 3BR to show us, and only showed us a renovated 1 BR model. Again, we were in a hurry, and it is very hard to find 3 BR apartments in Columbus.

Upon moving in, our apartment looked nothing like the model they had showed us. It wasn't renovated, so we knew we would have carpet (no hardwood floors) and no updated appliances, countertops, etc. But the apartment looked completely run down, and from our initial tour was completely deceiving.

I personally took the largest BR with it's own bath, and the cold water in my bathroom sink did not work.. The patio door leading from my BR to our patio had a broken lock so I can't even lock my door to outside.. and the ceiling light does not work. I initially thought it was a burnt out light, and replaced the bulb, but it's an electrical issue and when I pull the string for my swing/celing fan, only the fan turns on and off. If I want to use the light attached to the celing fan, I have to take off the light cover over the bulb, and bulb in the bulb and it turns on. To turn the light off, I have to unscrew it. Because of this, my light cover is just always off so I can screw/unscrew the bulb when I need a BR light.

Along with that, there are multiple "light switches" in my room, and none of them work for my celing fan/light. One works for one of my outlets that's on the opposite end of the room. The other turns on our patio light, and is the only light switch to turn on out patio light. So, if my roommates want to turn on the light, they have to come into my room.

It's relatively quiet and mature. Maintenance and office staff are very friendly. The community is clean and feels safe.
