they have dirty apartments, broke cabinets and doors. they show just the same beautiful apartment but the reality is when you move the others are olds and broke.

Lease did NOT match what was told to me when I took a tour. Then tried to contact them multiple times to see why things were changed and I was told something different and they wont pickup or answer my emails.

I’ve enjoyed living at Runaway Bay. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, and I have had positive experiences when working with management.

They are helpful and easy to get along with.

Love the cozy tranquility feeling I have in my apartment. The lake is awesome as well as the workout and game areas. The staff are great and helpful with the many questions I have about the area, shopping, and just things to do to keep active.

Runaway Bay has been a convenient location to live in proximity to Columbus downtown and campus, and at a reasonable rate! Having a backyard quarry to kayak and enjoy nature just a few miles from the city is not something you can find in many places! I simply can't say enough about the folks in the leasing office - super friendly, always welcoming of dog guests, and responsive to needs. The recent efforts put forth by Borror have been excellent in renovating the property - from new roofing, updated apartment units, and additional safety features. I could do without paying for valet trash service, but for some residents, this might be a welcome feature. Appreciative of the services and amenities offered at Runaway - even neighborhood gatherings to get together with staff and neighbors like holiday and pool parties!

The best family location to be at! Close to everything and most of all the service here from all the staff has been amazing!! I love it! I had a maintenance request and writhing 15 minutes it was all handled. The front desk ladies and gentlemen are very welcoming and professional. The grounds are so taken care of as well as the buildings’ cleanliness. If you are looking for an ideal location and welcoming place to be at. Don’t look anymore this is it seriously!! I have been living here for over a year and complex has only improved for the better. They really care about the resident and are willing to help with any problems or concerns. I have never had an issue with maintenance taking too long or not doing the job right. Highly recommend them
