Overall great place to be. Never feel unsafe here most of the residents are friendly. I really appreciate how much they invest in this property as well I frequently see landscapers mowing grass, spreading mulch, planting flowers and things like that. They communicate very effectively have Spanish and English translations of every announcement delivered to each door. No bug or rodent issues that I am aware of and for the few things that have broken a work order has been placed promptly.
