I saw the vacant unit one day, decided to take the unit, full out the application and within 24 hours I was offered the unit. The manager at that time was very professional, friendly and moved the application process quickly. The unit was very clean and in order.

It's a safe and friendly community... the landscaping is gorgeous.. It's super clean.. Maintenance is on top of situations... There are a few things that need fixed on the grounds but I'm sure the groundskeeper will take care of it.. overall it's great here and we give this community overall a 10+

Would like to have a small playground area for small kids. Maybe even a dog run area where dogs can be let off leash.
