Pro: I have been living here in this community for the last 4 years and I love it. Staff who work here are SUPER friendly, easy going and professional at the same time. The community is so quiet which is the best part according to me and there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors as well. we hardly ever hear our next door neighbors either. Funny part, my wife is originally from New Orleans (Louisiana) and she moved in here with me after we got married and this definitely makes her feel like home :). Maintenance staff are also very quick when it comes to response time. Its a pet friendly neighborhood too if you have pets. There are additional garages available if you prefer to rent one. I have rented 2 garages, one for my wife and I uses the other one. Con: I gave 4 stars because I feel security can be further improved by installing Cameras and lights in the blind spots around the community especially in winter when it gets dark too soon. It would also make the residents feel safe if its a gated community because we have no restrictions on who enters the community today and it also prevents solicitation.

I have lived here over 10 years and seen it all. Management is not able to keep help in office or maintenance. Mail used to be deliver but now we have a pick up room which is fine when they remember to send a code. I have seen rats by garbage dumpster and under cars when it rains. Last year they decided to replace the nice trees with bushes, taking away all privacy. Rent has increased every year, which is expected but now I pay enough to live in a newly built with granite countertops. I would not recommend living here. I have been trying to get out of my lease so that I can relocate for employment and was told that was only with a 60 day notice and fee of over 2000 dollars. Also half a the security outdoor lights are out.

If you are into the yearly Price hiking of your rent, then this is the place for you. Nice place to live in general, but I soon will not be able to afford to stay here. Grounds just got taken care of mid August. Until then my building was a dirty mess (finally power washed) and the grounds resembled Jumanji (finally trimmed) When I first moved in 5 years ago, I would have easily given a Five Star. New offsite Management took over last year and it has been downhill from their.

Nice and convenient place to live. The staff are responsive and friendly. Maintenance items have been addressed promptly. Enclosed garages are a definite plus.
