I talked to the ppl around their they seem very unhappey for how useless the workers are how rude they are when I comes to help n how they charge to much for such a terrible box apt best bet would go homeless before I lived here
2 years of non-stop fun like:
Nearly a month without a washer
Being towed with insufficient notice
Lack of communication between all employees
Move in day the apartment was a mess, mold in the fridge, a leftover disgusting shower curtain in the tub, leftover clothes.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The google reviews are great because they give their tenants a rent credit to write them a "nice" review, but these apartments are definitely less than desirable. The maintenance people are lazy so just plan on calling them to fix the same thing multiple times because they lazily do everything. The term "luxury" is so far from the truth.. but make sure your car is luxurious, or they'll tow you or make you pay $100 for a garage. AND if you don't want or watch cable, don't bother moving here because they'll make you pay $100/month for it anyways. The turnover rate in the apartments and the leasing office are about the same. Can't keep tenants, can't keep staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You can rent from surrounding communities for about the same as you pay here. With all of the utilities they MAKE you pay through a third party (but you never get to see a break down or receive an explanation for increases), you are looking at about $1,000+ not including electric and rent. RIP OFFFFF.
Ive lived here for a year and a half. I love the lay out of my one bedroom and my rent was 729. These are older, but still in okay condition. Anyway when I moved in it was not cleaned properly. There was dirty underwear behind the washer from previous renter, and the windows were collected of dirt. I let that go. Anyway Ive had problems here and there, but maintance comes out pretty quick. It was just irritating to call more than often. Another thing they dont clearly tell you about is the cable package YOU have to have. I dont even watch cable and pay 100 of my first billing every month. Then pay Time Warner seperately for WiFi and the router etc. When I went to renew my lease(even though I wanted to move, it was in dead winter) for a 6 month renewal they tried to up the price to 869... but for what? Mold and leaks that are just sealed over with paint... and semi nice appliances? It makes no sense. You can get better deals around this area with nicer apartments... just want people to know what your getting into.
Horrible place to live. They do not care at all about their tenants, the workers in the office change everytime i go in. They are rude and do not communicate. DO NOT LIVE HERE
