I would not recommend Northgate to anyone if you don't mind having your car towed although they give you a parking permit that states that your resident and your car won't be towed along with signs being at both of the entrance on the building that says if you don't have a parking permit your car will be told they have no place for you to park the towing company comes out there several times a day looking for a reason to tow your car and they don't care I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone you move out there responsible for two things your rent and water you're going to end up paying Towing fees number one and anything else that comes along the window dressing is horrible it's just not a good place to live management they don't want you to have a good living experience out there they just look at you as dollar signs

Great place to live.Maintenance always prompt and courteous. Management ( Anita ) wonderful to work with. Always helpful . I have lived here over 10 years. No big issues .

Its been awesome staying at Northgate, I love the rooms and a very good environment with good and spacious parking lot for residents and visitors

I have lived at Northgate apartments for 11 mouths now. The manager was very helpful in finding my second floor one bedroom apartment.I love the security door that leads to my four unit building. She is very easy to work with. The maintenance team are very friendly. One day a member of the maintenance team even carried my groceries to my apartment.I will be renewing my lease. The location is perfect for me.
