We moved in after being shown the nice updated unit and got moved into an old rundown unit that was not updated after they switched the initial apartment we were supposed to get. The a/c did not work, after going back and forth that was fixed and patio door was finally insulated. The tub was so filthy I had to use 3 cleaners to get it clean. I have to keep a ready supply of peppermint oil to keep roaches out because as noted, they charge $20 a month but simply give little pop up traps. The washer has to continuously have a cleaner cycled through because the outtake is so dirty it will begin to smell like vomit. Same goes for the vents, which since they allow dogs, should be cleaned between each renter. Carpet was mangy and I was told that is normal. This apartment belongs to Oro mgt and I can promise I will not rent another unit from any of their properties. And the gaslighting is no joke. Mgt will look at you serious as can be and tell us the problem is not theirs but the residents. They seriously have no professional mgt in place. Mind you I pay rent timely and take care of my unit.

We did not have baby nor pet. But we were charged with huge amount when we left the apartments. We chose this inspite of few acquaintances warned us. Poor service.

Management does not care about residents Nd does the bare minimum trying to cover up the obvious flaws. The final straw was having a clogged sink the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and being told there is nothing that management can do even though the plumber they claim to use says they respond within 24 hours guaranteed.

All of Island Club's Office Staff and Maintenance Workers have been friendly and helpful during all of my interactions thus far.

I have lived in this apartment since November and I completely love it here. Everyone has been very nice to me, and the Property Manager Shay, went above and beyond to make sure I had an apartment when I needed and that it was ready for move in.

I’ve been searching for a new home and i found it! I went to visit today and drove around the neighborhood first and it was nice and quiet and clean. I got to meet the property manager Shay who was very nice, she even offered me refreshments. Viewed the apartment, 2 bedrooms which was perfect for me and my son. Submitted my application, hopefully i get approved! *fingers crossed*

I went to visit a unit to move in, the staff were super nice and very welcoming. I was able to view the unit, it was very clean, whoever cleans their units are amazing, I can’t wait to move in next month!

I moved in 2 months ago and I must say that I love it! All of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Shay who is the property manager made the move in process very easy and smooth and she was very accommodating. I love my new spacious home and community ☺️
