I moved out last month after two years. The first year was a little rough - move in conditions weren't great, staff was unresponsive, you name it. My roommates and I renewed our lease for a second year because the deal we got and we didn't want to move our last year. New management took over last fall and I met the new General Manager and Service Manager and they were great. They were responsive to some issues we had in our basement for whole time we lived there and I noticed the difference in the communication and updates we got from the office. It's still not perfect. Our lawn wasn't mowed for a few weeks in the spring and there are still a few delays but it's far better than our first year and you can tell all the new people are doing their best to change it.
