Hibernia is a great place to live ''?? very large apartments and a great price!. Some of the best things are: the kitchen, washer & dryer are included, private, nice porch and the wooded area within the community. That's what won me over! I would highly recommend Hibernia to others as a place to live. My only complaint is the lack of sound proofing between the floors. I never hear neighbors on either side of me, but upstairs is completely different. I heard every movement, music, etc.

I lived here for about 6 months before I decided to just buy out of my lease. My air didn't work for most of the summer of 2021. There was a leak from the upstairs apartment that was dripping into my closet where the furnace and water heater were that created mold issues. No one ever answered the phone in the office. People never cleaned up after their pets so when I'd take mine out we'd have to watch for HUGE piles of dog feces. The icing on the cake was when someone started leaving their dog feces on my front door area and the girl that lived in the apartment next to mine. The layout of the apartment was amazing and I loved the huge windows and my view from the apartment, but the other things just ruined it for me.

Website is very deceptive , apartments are not what it looks like on the site. Cabinets are painted white and coming off on some, patched walls, animal waste everywhere, Parking is terrible. I live here and my car got towed , No where to park so I parked on the side Towed and had to pay $156.oo was told it's first come first serve even if you don't live hear, I will be taking this further.
