Havenwood Townhomes

The location is just fantastic since its very close to 2 major freeways. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown/arena district/osu. Many restaurants/stores within a few minutes drive. No car? No worry since a bus line goes through the property. The office employees are all very friendly and helpful if/when a maintenance issue comes up. I especially love the follow up call to make sure the issue has been resolved. That is great customer service. You get lots of space for a pretty good price.

I'm going on my second year of living at Metro West and couldn't be happier! The property is well maintained and the office staff goes above and beyond to work with me on any concerns I may have. I have never lived in a more welcoming and safe community, where the neighbors are friendly and the facilities are amazing! I plan on staying here for a very long time!!

Roaches! Roaches! If I could give this place zero stars I would today is April 14th 2018 it was supposed to be a happy for me in my family to move into our new home but our day quickly took a turn for the worse while doing my walk through I saw the lady from the office turning in the stove and heat opening the back door she started to kick something out to my surprise for was stomping on roaches!! I said his that a roach she said oh their dead Im like no there moving then I opened to cabnet more roaches she said they just sprayed and it would be ok the adt man was there to set up our system he took the plug thing off the wall and said there was roaches all in the wall the lady acted like she did not care at all.I was not about to move my kids in a roach infested apartment I quickly asked for my deposit back and she told me she couldnt and that her manager was out of town and there was nothing she could do.This place is definitely not worth 1200 a month they need to be tore down ASAP...They will be hearing from my lawyer soon

Refuses to not only give my security deposit back. We cleaned the place before we moved from top to bottom, we have the witnesses and video to prove. Not only that but they have yet to give my $50.00 for my key to the swimming pool/gym. People could park in our parking spot and we were paying $1020 00 per month. It wasnt worth it.

This is by far the worst place ever. They look for reasons to kick you out. The neighborhood is great,we met some great people but if you want a very unfriendly office staff and want to be kicked out for no reason and have nothing fixed this is the place to go. When it came time (after a year of paying rent) to sign a new lease we were told we had to "wait for us to take pictures first" and never showed. Next thing i knew we were being kicked out and thanks to them im still living with family.
