    Way overpriced. No community events. Not what is advertised. I would recommend renting somewhere else.

    So far I have had an extremely positive experience living at Harrison Park. All of my questions and maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are always clean and well-kept.

    Amazing place, very quiet, nice apartment finish, very well kept in the common areas (696 building at the 1st level near the elevator needs some work done since it always has slight issues like odours or heavy stuffy air)

    Awesome mantience response time! Fixed a few things in my apartment within hours of my request and left a note to let me know they were there and fixed what needed to be fixed.

    Not a review of the apts themselves, but of the leasing office. I thought these places look very nice. I have now called all of the phone numbers on their website and left several messages and also emailed them. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. Again, no experience of what it's like to live in these apts, but if the leasing office can't be bothered to answer the phone or return messages it makes you wonder what other balls are being dropped. I mean, even if they are full for the next year, at least give a call back.
