Absolute garbage, nothing works. Dishwashers here are a joke you will hand wash everything. Washing machines do not work. Our experience has been to have to drive to other laundry facilities and pay. The management is deplorable. They said we had a gym and then they decided to put it under construction wow during our release we've never been able to use the gym our lease is about up. The noise from the neighbors is absolutely atrocious you will get no sleep here.

Images looked good from the inside. Outside had a lot of garbage. Several garage doors hanging open and broken. Looked concerning. No one showed up for the appointment I scheduled online. I sat and waited and called 3 times leaving 2 messages. No one ever called me back.

Prefer walk in shower handicapped assiabilility washer and drawer in u it. Garden apt only. Looking to move back to Columbus ivy the end of Oct.

My experience at Governors Square has been excellent from day 1. The office staff has been very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The apartment was ready when promised and was very clean. A few minor maintenance items needed fixed after I moved in, and they were handled promptly. Community grounds are well maintained and it is very quiet here.
