Im not happy in my own home. And I SHOULD be because Im paying $727 to live here. Yes. 727. The 639 is a lie. They like to add on hidden fees with new carpet and granite countertops at move in. Even when you dont ask for a new unit. I shouldnt have to pay for new carpet and countertops when YOU chose to put me in a newer unit. We have leaks and mold they still havent addressed, our ac has been fixed over 6 times and still doesnt work. Itll work for a da or two then its back broken. Maintenance sucks, cant speak English and half does everything. Our clothes bar in our closet has been broken since we moved in and their way of fixing it was putting black electrical tape on it when that wasnt even the issue. It ended up breaking again and they still havent been by to fix it. Theres geese poop and rats everywhere. Oh and good luck finding a parking space after 7 pm. Im super unhappy at this apartment complex. They also like to delete honest reviews unless youre praising their units. Honestly if they got better maintenance that does suck and better rental office people who actually cares, this place would be great because the layout of the apartments and townhomes are not bad at all.
Place is over priced, maintenance dont speak any english the staff is just horrible and rude. Roof has a hole watee leaking through when it rains and still waiting for them to fix the ceiling from the water damage. When we first moved in found roaches in the apartment. This is worste then any place I've stayed in. Would not recommend to anyone!!
Please dont waste your time even viewing the apartments. The first week upon moving in I begin to see roaches and this is where I first learned what a bed bug looked like.... called for them to spray several times they continued to tell me they would put me on the list but no one ever showed to spray at all..... I currently still live in this complex and the problem still hasnt been fixed.... so please dont move here yall....
The layout of the apartment is wonderful but the workers not so much. If you dare to move in make sure you check everything and write down what's wrong. All eyes on the stove don't work, the washer drum makes a lot of noise no matter the load size. Frigerators have trouble keeping food cold. We went without a working friderator for weeks. Required pest control where you have to pack all your things up and move them to the middle of the floor.
Everything seems to be about money and not quality of life. If you don't want to wave GOODBYE to rats every morning as the scurry under the dumpsters. Also while you may be bless with a beautiful lake view, beware of the freeway outside your window.
Again they have a beautiful layout but you can tell they were slapped together as cheaply as possible. The walls don't meet the floor on some parts. Gotta have doors for the bugs also.
Pictures that confirm.
I am a current resident of this apartment complex I've had the worst experience in the last 8 months and I do not Advise anyone to move in this apartment ever. I've had a really big rodent problem since one month after moving in here they haven't cared or taking care of it.
