Upon moving into my apartment, I encountered a multitude of problems that I consistently voiced my concerns about. These issues, ranging from floor problems to falling doors and more, have led to an unsafe living environment both during my pregnancy and after having my child. On August 7th, accompanied by my mother who has been a firsthand witness to the issues I've encountered since 2020, I visited the leasing office. The deplorable condition of my floor, which has resulted in injuries to both my family and myself, is entirely unacceptable. In fact that morning my 2 year old hurt her foot due to the condition on the floor. Additionally, I had recently experienced sewer water leakage from both my toilet and tub. Upon entering the office, we were met with an unwelcoming and tense atmosphere. Notably, Noah, whose history of disrespectful behavior is well-documented in reviews, exhibited dismissive conduct. Noah's interruption of my mother while she expressed her concerns serves as a glaring example of the unprofessionalism we encountered.

Do not move here! Poorly managed, poorly run and poorly maintained. Overpriced!!! All the bad reviews posted about this apartment complex are very much true!! They change management every other month. Lived here over 4 years loved it at first then it just went to trash!!! The gym is trash nothing works. The pool is trash!! No parking unless you have a garage. You probably won't get your deposit back either just FYI! Please read the reviews and take seriously and reconsider if you are thinking about moving here!!

Current management does a SUPERB job. Very responsive. Levy Meyers handles maintenance. Does a great job. He knows his business, is professional and cordial. Does a great job of representing Easton Commons. JC
