Its ok. I rate 4 stars because of the price and location. The cheap price does come with its issues. My biggest issue is that there is no dishwasher.
That's really my only complaint. Its not a luxary apartment compared to others in the area, but good enough for someone like me. Neighbors are quiet too.
Ive been here almost 4 years and Ive had zero issues!
I really like Dublin Plaza for the location and price. I haven't had any problems staying here and have no complaints.
The building is unclean, walls are paper thin, air conditioning is not central..just old AC units from Windows. The apartments are so hot in the summers you feel like your body is melting. Now modern upgrades I am sorry I would not refer anyone to live here. The only thing good about the place...the rent is affordable and you are centrally located. Sixty dollar Late fees are too high...and having to give a 60day notice when you are ready to move is ridiculous.
Older apartments at a cheap price but have had to replace many things. Shower head needed replaced, closet door was broken when I moved in. Toilet has clogged too many times. Heat does not work most of time, maintanence has to come fix it. Oven had gas leak earlier this year, maintenance was quick to fix all of this, but frustrating nonetheless.
