We have lived in various apartments for the last 5 years while my husband is in grad school and residency and we have never had as good of an experience as we have had at The District at Linworth. Even today, as I was walking to meet my daughter as she got off the school bus, I could not believe how beautiful our apartment complex is. The landscaping and very well kept grounds are my favorite part. It really is a beautiful property with great amenities.

This place is one of the most unorganized places you will ever live and the turnover rate for employees is so high you wont talk to the same person twice. Its also very dirty and not cleaned well at all

Just pick somewhere else. This place is horrible. The Connor Group raised my rent almost $1,000 since they have taken over a year ago. Is that even legal? Ive had maintenance requests for upwards of 10 months now and have seen no one. The amenities are not worth it, they rob you of your money, units have been vacant for months for a reason. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! My move out date cannot come soon enough and I have even lawyered up so they dont charge me $600 for cleaning my oven like they have many of my friends. Put your money into something else. I wish I had sooner.

Went down hill fast. This is not a luxury apartment. Washer and dryer barely work. I complained 6 times before the sent someone out. Once in my apt they told me everything was working fine and that I should put less clothes in the washer so they can dry better. Veneer peeling from cabinets but office wanted to fix half of them by taking them and painting them. Again not a luxury apt. Be aware that there is an extra fee in your electrical bill to pay for lights in community areas. Trash always overflowing, charge for trash service but never pick it up. I would not renew my lease even if they dropped the price. They lie without even think twice. They never repaired anything big but spent money installing ugly black fences everywhere. Buyer be warned.

From the first day that I looked at these apartments and all the amenities, I was excited to move here. The experience has been wonderful! Sam helped me with the walk through and everything was clean and functioning. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. It is really quiet at my location. I love the layout and plan to stay for a long time!
