I love living here. It's a quiet and convenient location - in a residential neighborhood but still close to plenty of restaurants and activities. It's within walking distance of a local gym, the farmers' market, the local library, the Park of Roses, the post office, and a variety of restaurants.
I lived in the same apartment for 5 years and never experienced any noteworthy problems. Office staff were always helpful and maintenance responded to issues within several days.
