I love living here. It's a quiet and convenient location - in a residential neighborhood but still close to plenty of restaurants and activities. It's within walking distance of a local gym, the farmers' market, the local library, the Park of Roses, the post office, and a variety of restaurants.
I lived in the same apartment for 5 years and never experienced any noteworthy problems. Office staff were always helpful and maintenance responded to issues within several days.
The rooms get really hot in the summer with only one wall AC.
Less than thrilled that rent for my tiny studio apartment is going up by over $70 per month on my next lease.
Great management, thin walls
