I love living here. It's a quiet and convenient location - in a residential neighborhood but still close to plenty of restaurants and activities. It's within walking distance of a local gym, the farmers' market, the local library, the Park of Roses, the post office, and a variety of restaurants.
I lived in the same apartment for 5 years and never experienced any noteworthy problems. Office staff were always helpful and maintenance responded to issues within several days.
Absolutely love the place, and the environment
Maintenance personnel were very quick to respond to several urgent issues. Correspondence with management has always been quick and precise.
My landlord, Leisha, went to great lengths to help make sure I was able to stay in my apartment even after I had initially expected to leave. She is always kind, straight-forward, and timely.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
