Nasty nasty nasty is what I can say. I should have listened to the neighbors below first day moving in I was told that the apartment I was moving into was infested with mice and that they was getting mice as well. But I was so desperate to move in after not having my own place for awhile I went on and still move in. Thank god Im gone now half way through my lease I started seeing mice, I mean they was wild ones even one was on top of my stove and these was mice that was not afraid they was even setting off my cameras when I wasnt home. Ones that was somehow getting up the walls to where one time my camera recorded it sniffing around my camera it was a nightmare I ended up going and staying at hotels and with my mom while my things was still present in the apartment while still paying the rent because I was so terrified and traumatized i never lived with mice before to where the end when my lease was up I ended up leaving things there and left in August 2022. They are so called fixing them up good luck to you or current residents and ones moving in the mice gonna work their way back into them apartments again people I know that have lived there had the same issues and Im sure with that field across the street trash everywhere crackheads hanging in the hallways there was 3 separate shootings out there they are old and still look old they just need torn down. I was blind the whole time I was there til thee end. Them people dont care heritage hill doesnt they so called went to seal up holes behind the stove there and mice did nothing but break right back threw. They need to bomb inside the walls of them buildings. God blessed me with better and a better area nice townhome in the gahanna school district. Its true god will take you through the worst before it gets better

Apartment is improving, new management seems to care about what issues we are having and is working to improve. Happy to finally have a laundry facility onsite!

This is bs I must say this website say they have updated that have available one bedrooms but when u call and go up there they also say they do until u put in application fee Abdullahs put in application and call to check status of application to be told they dont have any one bedrooms available... so basically if ur not certain if they have available apartments dont give them your money. Theyre just pocketing people money knowing they dont have any one bedrooms available. Beware they dont this to me and to the ppl I sent to them after I thought they had a few bedrooms available. And the reviews on google are bs theyre only good because that is the deal to write a good review to get half off security deposit
