Very poor customer service and terrible parking.
We have had several issues in our unit during our 6 month stay. No air conditioning for 8 days, dryer vent line clogged requiring us to run dryer 4 times to complete one load of laundry. Maintenance team is very nice but has been unable to solve the vent issue and it took 4 maintenance requests to get the air conditioner repaired.
Leasing office team complained about receiving our delivered packages and threatened to send our things back if we didnt pick them up by the end of the same day (gave us less than 90 minutes between phone call notification and their close time) while my husband was out of town and I was at work until after 8:00 pm.
There are only 30 outdoor parking spaces specifically for guests (not tenants). This means you are required to pay an additional fee on top of rent to use the parking garage ($50 per car per month) and the garage is so crammed that anything larger than a compact car struggles to drive through and fit in the spaces.
The only two positives is the location and the apartment design (modern and updated, very beautiful).
Needless to say, we will not recommend this apartment building and share our experience with anyone inquiring. We have felt like a burden to be living here while we wait for our new construction home to be complete. I emailed the leasing office last Thursday night about our frustration with the delivered packages and still have not heard from them.
Staff is spectacular. Love them. Great experience.
