5 Reviews for University Studios
I am having a very positive experience with the current management of University Studios. The staff works well and all the services listed on the renting website are accurate.
Small bit of dishonesty when it came to ease of subletting, and help for subletting. Also the prices went down dramatically after I moved in, which was kind of annoying. I was paying higher prices than other people for less/the same space.
The studios are small. There's hardly no kitchen. It's difficult to wash dishes and cook. The refrigerator is not that big. Overall no bugs & people are nice. Decent for college student not married couple.
I had the worst experience living in University Studios. My apartment unit was infested by roaches. The roaches would crawl on my bed. It was impossible to live in an apartment in those conditions. Management did not help me at all.
The first night after moving in, I quickly discovered the apartment was infested with cockroaches. Eventually, after four months of living with cockroaches and an exterminator coming every week, I moved into a new room in the building. The leasing office fails to a) answer their phone and b) return messages. They act as if responding to complaints is a personal favor to you. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
