Office is terrible at getting back to you. Room was infested with roaches.
I've been having issues since I got here. The location has been good for where I am in life but it gets to a point where you have to ask "is it worth it?"
I had the worst experience living in University Studios. My apartment unit was infested by roaches. The roaches would crawl on my bed. It was impossible to live in an apartment in those conditions. Management did not help me at all.
Small bit of dishonesty when it came to ease of subletting, and help for subletting. Also the prices went down dramatically after I moved in, which was kind of annoying. I was paying higher prices than other people for less/the same space.
The studios are small. There's hardly no kitchen. It's difficult to wash dishes and cook. The refrigerator is not that big. Overall no bugs & people are nice. Decent for college student not married couple.
