I have been in the process of looking for an apartment in the downtown Cleveland area so I could be closer to work for the past few months. The Residences at 668 were my favorite building by far. The location is extremely convenient as it close to the grocery store, CVS, and a number of restaurants. Additionally, there are two restaurants within the building and it is across the street from Rocket Mortgage where the Cavaliers play and down the street from Progressive Field where the Guardians play. What makes the property even greater is the people. Leon Carter was the associate representative of the property management company I worked with. He is also a resident of the building and had extensive knowledge of the building and its history. He was very genuine and honest when leading me on my tour of the building and viewing of the individual units. He was an extremely personable and really took notes of my needs as a potential residence. He was able to provide me with answers for all of my questions and concerns. His authenticity and genuine desire to help made me feel comfortable as a potential residence which is not something I felt when checking out the other options in the area. If you are looking for a potential residence in the downtown Cleveland area 668 is a great place to be and the staff onsite are top notch!

Girlfriend and I are in the process of moving to Cleveland. Weren’t really too sure where to start so we had a list of places we wanted to check out and took a weekend trip down to see them. First place was nice, no complaints, just a good overall building. Next stop was Residences at 668 where we were greeted by Leon and we never looked back. This place felt like home immediately, largely in part to Leon’s friendliness and hospitality. He showed us around while answering every question we had and made the experience a lot of fun. The apartments themselves are fantastic with plenty of layouts to choose from to accommodate whatever you may be looking for. Location is 10/10 as you’ll have everything you need within a short walk, including restaurants and a gym right in the lobby. Cant wait to get moved in. You’re the man Leon!

Absolutely love the Residences at 668! I’ve been in the building for about 6 years and never want to leave. Such friendly staff, beautiful apartments reasonably priced and amazing location!! Chris and Leon in the office are both very attentive as well!
