    BATS THEY HAVE HAD A PROBLEM FOR OVER 12 YEARS. IT JUST WAS A ON THE NEWS WHEN I LIVED THERE 12 YEARS AGO THEY HAD BATS WAY BACK THEN DONT LIVE THERE

    I never received any response concerning available parking - I'd heard there was a garage collapse recently and sought confirmation or correction.

    I am a new resident here and we moved in here from a much better apt commu.ity because of an enormous increase in rent.I asked the occupancy specialist several times to show either this apt or something similar.she kept saying that nothing g is availale.after movi g I. I noticed several things that needs to be fixed and left a service request on active building more than a .month ago and called the maintenance atleast a few times.finally the maintenance worker came and checked the things that needs to be fixed and said he needs some supplies and will be back in a couple of days.that was around jaugust 23 rd and 4 days later he still didn't show.up.calling the maintenance is useless because they don't respond..I had an opportunity to a much better.place but again the rent was slightly higher than this and I can't afford.so for the future prospective tenants my advice is go find another place which is better than this and trust me there are plenty.I am extremely disappointed.I wish I can move elsewhere but it's expensive and the move will be tedious.this complex is very poorly managed Uh
