          I would not recommend renting here. This area is not safe. I have found several bullet holes in the windows outside the complex. The apartment A/C Units are faulty and break down. Management is stubborn and will take the easiest way out of every problem. Amenities are nice but there are over a thousand people that live in the quarter one and two so be prepared to share these with the following people. Pool is a party every weekend and anyone is allowed in. People bring huge amounts of friends and place towels on the chairs. I would stay away from this place unless you like overpaying for years.

          I love this building. Beautiful, clean, has amazing amenities, great community. The staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever i have questions or need help.

          Getting ahold of the leasing staff at this location is a disaster. When you do get ahold of them, the responses and communications are awkward and totally unprofessional. As much as Id love living in this building, the communications make me a bit concerned. Also, the price gauging this building thinks is acceptable is completely ridiculous. Parking in a building like this should be included. Also, utilities. Theyre charging San Francisco prices for the smallest rooms that puts New York city to shame. Where is the square footage? For full amenities, this building disappoints, honestly. All these extra charges just makes it less attractive to want to live in and makes the property management company less desirable.

          DO NOT TRUST THE QUARTER Management will take advantage of you any way they can. They will use the intense lease (and their lawyers) with pages of tiny small print to their advantage - and do not care about their residents. They will try and take your security deposit and anything else they can at any point. I did like the building (on the surface), but would strongly advise any of my friends and family to stay far away.
