Looking for a studio or one bedroom

This is for Pleasant Lake Apartments which are pictured. Bugs walk right into your apartment, I live on the TOP floor and have had ants just walking in from the roof. Centipedes walk in as well as beetle bugs and flies. It's always hot, the air conditioner is in one part of the apartment and doesn't reach the bedroom. No assigned parking by my building so gets there early if you want a space on an event night. (football games) The pricing is a scam. They get your service for one year and it goes up 100-200 dollars after if you miss the time to renew. You only pay electric which isn't much unless you have to run an ac all night to have the house temperature go from 87-85.

LOVELY PLACE TO LIVE...MOVE IN SPECIAL WAS REMARKABLE (NOT SURE IF IT STILL IS)...MOVE IN ELEVATOR AT BACK OF BUILDING NEEDS TO HAVE A RAMP INSTEAD OF STAIRS.MAINTENANCE MAN JAMIE IS THE BEST... OVERALL AGOOD DEAL FOR SENIORS AND A NICE PLACE TO LIVE...HANDICAPPED SPACES ASSIGNED..WOULD CONSIDER LIVING THERE AGAIN

When I called to receive information about this apartments, they did not said to me that it's only for Seniors up of 55 years old.... So if you are not a Senior, don't get excited about this price or amenities etc....
