Contacted the Drake in a Saturday out the blue and spoke with Madeline, she was wonderful. she gave me a very detailed tour of their entire property, leave and looked at about four different styles of apartments. I signed my lease the same day. The place is beautiful, the amenities are world-class. But what really made the experience more than memorable is the hospitality shown to me by Madeline. She was engaging, entertaining knowledgeable and thoughtful. I knew for her this was more than just a job she's actually passionate in her beliefs about how great this community is. But I know you're reading cause he want to know what I thought about the apartment. Well it's in the wonderful location that's your pretty much 15 minutes from everything. It has a gated entrance. An amazing fitness center which even includes a child playing area and the laundry room inside of it so you can do all three at the same time. I love the indoor parking it even has free vacuuming for your car and also you can do a car wash in the garage for free as well. The community center has a fireplace wonderful air conditioning and you can rent it out for special events. But if you just wanted to sit around free Wi-Fi. The pool looks like a resort. I can't wait to move in.

I had a great tour with Madeline! She was very professional and personable. The apartments were very clean, I saw two models an older model which was very nice and an upgraded apartment which was to die for. Im very please and will be applying for this apartment

Very average in all areas. The office staff tend to have attitudes. Maintenance staff are prompt and helpful. The hallway carpeting in Building 2 is long overdue for replacement. Stained and nasty. Neighbors are fine. No problem after over three years. Rent can be paid online which is convenient. The rent amount also seems average for a two bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom 800 sq. feet place. No real complaints or great things to say. Its easier to renew the lease than to move.
