    The BEST place Ive ever rented. Been here 9 months, and when ever I called about a problem (which) has not been often maintenance has been taken care of the same day. The grounds are very well maintained. The flowers looked great this year, grass is weed free and cut on a weekly basis. Glad I moved in here. Recommend this place to everyone.

    This is a great place to live. We have been here for 20 years. Wonderful staff and maintenance department. Great pool. Pet friendly.

    Office personnel are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Maintenance team are quick to act on your requests. The grounds are immaculate. Very peaceful and serene. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Pet parents clean up after their dogs. Being able to have a washer and dryer in your unit is priceless.

    The Terraces at Northridge has been a great place to live for my family and I. The office staff and manager are very accommodating. The landscaping is well kept and maintenance promptly responds and addresses any concerns. Also, the Terraces at Northridge is conveniently located. There's a plethora of shopping and eatery options.

    Unfortunately I no longer would recommend the Terraces at Northridge . There are plenty of issues going on here. Not luxury AT ALL ! Prices and increases dont match what you get as a tenant .
