i can't say enough about Stonebridge Waterfront and how much I enjoy living here. Excellent apartments with a great view of the city and river. Most importantly they have great management and staff. They've always gone above and beyond with any issue and I feel like I'm part of the family here.

Everyone is very friendly and on a first name basis with most residents. Very quick to respond to service requests. Very clean common areas.
Everyone I've interacted with are courteous and helpful. The majority of maintenance issues have been fixed quickly and completely.
The rent is pricey for what you truly receive in quality. I am there for the location, but I wish I had more amenities for what I pay. The other K&D properties are well maintained and have plenty to offer, however I wish it was the same for Stonebridge.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
