The cons: the dumpster is a parking lot away, can't wait to see how that's going to work in the winter. No AC. No workout facilities. Super tiny kitchen.
Leasing manager is very knowledgeable, and thoroughly explains everything. Building has great history and bones, but leaves much to be desired to today's standards. They could've taken it a few steps further to restore this gem into the beauty it once was--and could be. But, as it stands, apartments look run-down, and the space-planning wasn't well thought out. A refrigerator adjacent to the kitchen, but inside the living room isn't a well-thought out plan.
