Hello, whoever needs to put pricing and available suits on this website please do. I've lived here almost 4 years now and I like my building administrator who likes to work with people who want a clean quiet place to live. Maintenance is a little of a wait but he is kind and will get to you as soon as he can. He is the only live-in maintenance I know here. Plenty of exercise if you live at the top of the hill as I do. If you are on a budget like I am it is worth it.
