Positives: Exceptional natural light and gorgeous lake view (if you're on the Euclid side). High end appliances, his/hers bathroom vanity. Super convenient dog grooming station and mini-gym. Alex and Tracy are great, 50% of security is good. Generous bulk garbage disposal policy. Negatives: Windows only open 3 inches, no screen. No recycling capability. No rooftop or outdoor patio/community area. Parking garage is way overpriced considering it's disgusting. Zero nearby green space for dogs/kids. Lot of panhandlers in the surrounding block. Zaytoon and Puente Viejo both recently permanently closed.

This is a fantastic apartment! It has very high ceilings, a fireplace, luxury bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances (including a wine cooler!) and the most beautiful floor to ceiling windows in downtown Cleveland! Also, there is ample storage and closet space - in fact, when we moved we were able to close our off-site storage unit. In addition to the beautiful building and the quiet Playhouse Square neighborhood, the staff of K&D has been outstanding!! I can't say enough about Rita, Alex and the entire K&D crew - they are exceptionally accommodating and responsive to any request. To sum up . . . you cannot go wrong at the Halle Building. If you are looking for a downtown apartment, get over there and grab the final few that are available - you will be glad you did!

I love being in the Halle building. My apt is wonderful, the location is great for downtown. Enjoy all the sporting events. Alex is a great leasing/property manager. My move in was easy and my concerns addressed. It is quiet and I feel very safe.

The apartment is in a great location. The three bedroom has a terrific layout for having company, or to use as an in home office. Alex, the apartment manager is very responsive. Their maintenance team is very responsive. My only issue is with dogs- which is not their fault, but the residents’ fault. Pick up after your dog!! They are very responsive to the resident surveys. So for example, they replace the coping in elevators with flooring that is easier to pick up after a mess.
