My experience with 1717 in the time I have been here has been excellent overall. The staff of 1717 is particularly helpful and very approachable. They make an effort to get to know the residents and help them however they can. The building itself is well maintained and the apartments are all up-to-date and totally move-in ready. For the quality of service you get, the amount charged for rent is really a bargain.

Everything about this place has been great: From the location, to the staff, the people that live here, and even Al's Diner on the ground floor.
You cannot beat the location and affordability of the rent to other places downtown. I have lived here over a year and I have been extremely happy with my decision. I honestly don't plan on leaving anytime in the near future, the staff is AMAZING and you will become friends with all of them, like I have. Its truly a joy walking in the lobby and everyone says hi and knows your name. Also, the attached parking is a huge plus!
I love living at 1717! Great management, great neighbors in and around the building, close to everything and I always feel comfortable and safe. I love my apartment! Everything is new and my style. The building & attached garage make are easy to get in & out fast for me and my friends and family.
