Deciding to live at North Randall Apt was easy after I met Ms Ashley. Being the agent she made the process smooth and explained all the technicalities to me. Im certainly recommending North Randall to anyone who wants a peaceful, clean and great environment to live in.

It was easy & fast to move in the apartment it was ready when they said it was and leasing office are on top of their game and respectful and nice love it here!

Never got a chance to see it. The apartment was not ready , but they wanted my money

I had no problems moving in. The office staff was very friendly and professional. I love the area because its near grocery stores, gas stations, food places and the Thistledown Casino. I would recommend these apartments to others.

DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs and they could careless. They allow anybody to move in here people to a one bedroom. Disgusting. You can complain and you will never matter. The washer and dryer never work there's Roaches on the elevators hallways. The rent keeps going up every year and these places are outdated they refuse to fix things. I have went with no ac no refrigerator and they work to get it done on there time. Do not do it I'm leaving

The management has invested significantly in upgrading the laundry rooms and enhancing the security measures, making this complex an even better place to call home. First and foremost, the upgrades to the laundry rooms have been nothing short of fantastic. The addition of new, high-quality machines (washers and dryers) and the implementation of a user-friendly system has made doing laundry a breeze. It's refreshing to see the management taking residents' needs into consideration and providing top-notch amenities for our convenience. Furthermore, the security enhancements at the complex have made a noticeable difference, giving me a true sense of peace and safety. The installation of surveillance cameras, improved lighting, and secure access points have greatly contributed to a more secure environment. I truly appreciate the efforts made by the management to prioritize our well-being. What truly sets this complex apart, however, is the exceptional staff at North Randall. The property manager goes above and beyond for her residents. The staff members have been friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests, and their dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable. Whether it's a simple inquiry or a more complex issue, they always assist with a smile. Overall, very pleased with this complex. I highly recommend North Randall to anyone seeking a comfortable, safe, and accommodating place to live.

I lived here about 2 years one of the best apartments I moved into they updated a lot of stuff around the buildings & the leasing office have amazing communication and get things done when you asked!

The staff here at Randall Park Apartments is beyond amazing! From the office staff to maintenance and housekeeping. The office staff goes above and beyond, maintenance always completes my work orders in a timely manner and housekeeping keeps the building clean and smelling good. The property manager works hard and it shows through her staff.

Very friendly staff and I would recommend this place 100% plus the inside is well taken care of will be moving in no time
